Peter Bidewell is a seasoned blockchain product leader and strategic thinker at the forefront of institutional Web3 adoption. As VP of Institutional Product Adoption at Rayls, he spearheads the development of a next-generation blockchain infrastructure designed to unite traditional finance (TradFi) and decentralized finance (DeFi), enabling banks and financial institutions to issue compliant, private, high-performance on-chain financial products at scale. Under his leadership, Rayls has moved from concept to live production with major institutional partners, launched the $RLS token, and is launching its public Layer-1 blockchain in Q1 2026, delivering real-world finance use cases that bridge traditional finance and global DeFi. Before Rayls, Peter led the 40+ person Corda Apps and SDKs product group at R3, and drove globally scaled blockchain portfolios at Accenture.
